1. FRP and Vinyl ester linings –

a. We have carried out anticorrosive FRP linings for reactors, vessels, chlorination towers, fermentors, vacuum condensers, sulphatation units, storage tanks and Biogas Digestors.

b. Glass flake coating – High abrasion and temperature resistant glass flake coatings to sulphonation towers, chimneys, booster and slurry pumps and pumps that transfer sugarcane juice.

c. FRP pipe lines for sulphatation units and corrosive fluids

d. Suyash composite four-way specialised crosses and pipes –

Properties

They have good resistance to chemicals and excellent for sulphur dioxide gas
They have good resistance to high temperatures
They do not corrode and the tensile strength is very high
They are lightweight and suitable for all weather conditions

Specifications

The crosses are light weight with three or four flanges.
Crosses come in two standard sizes of 150mm/200mm diameter and flange to flange distance of 505/555mm. Cross size and pipes can also be customised as per the requirement.
Standard Flange thickness – 25mm but could be varied.
The flanges could be of slip-on flanges or fixed flanges
Pipes have very good life for Sulphonation process
